At the General Assembly of the Nordic Chamber of Commerce, which took place on the 18th of December 2007 at the Regent Esplanade, the Board was extended to three new Governers - Mr. Darko Eisenhuth, general manager of ABB, Mr. Dragan Popovic, director of mobile data expertise center of Ericsson and Mr. Tibor Jerger, director of Podravka West Europe.

The Assembly also re-confirmed the mandates of the other Board members, the President (Mr. Jorgen Jorgensen), Vice-President (Mr. Kresimir Paliska), the Treasurer (Ms. Dijana Spalatin) and non-titled Governers (Mr. Irena Lucic, Mr. Sasa Mirkovic, Mr. Samir Zero and Mr. Zeljko Sundov).

Nordic Chamber of Commerce and the Croatian Chamber of Economy organized a presentation entitled Iceland - economy and business opportunities with guest lecturer Mr. Thorleifur Jonsson, Project Manager at the Trade Council of Iceland in Reykjavik. Event took place on Tuesday, 29th of April at 10:00 at the Regent Esplanade.

4th edition of EDE in Croatia promotes entrepreneurship, strengthens EU relations and international cooperation of companies and institutions. Participants will include Croatian and foreign mayors, county prefects, and other public servants, SMEs, innovators, students, academics, managers of large companies, agencies, NGOs, trade unions, banks, insurance companies, employment services, media. The events take place through October and earlier, in different cities.

Forty-five participants took part at the first event of the Chamber in 2008: the business breakfast with the topic: 'How can PR help you enter and succeed in Croatia?', presented by Mmd Corporate, Public Affairs and Public Relations Consultants. The breakfast was held on Wednesday, 23rd January at 09:00 hrs at the Regent Esplanade.
