Mr. Eisenhuth has been with ABB since 1980 (then ABB ASEA representative office, and since 1996 ABB Ltd). Prior to assuming this position, Mr. Eisenhuth worked at the Radio-television Zagreb, Transmitters and Communications (from 1979-1980). He started his career in Končar Electrical Engineering Institute, power transformer factory, where he worked from 1976-1979. Mr. Eisenhuth holds a degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, specialized in electromechanical engineering and and automation. He is married. Mr. Paliska held various management positions within DNV since joining the company in 1996. Prior to this, he worked at Uljanik Plovidba. Mr. Paliska holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Technology and Production) and a mini-MBA from St. Thomas University (USA). He is a Croatian national and speaks Croatian and Italian as native languages, as well as English.

Ms. Dijana Spalatin is the Financial Director and Procurator for Cargotec Croatia and Financial/Business Controller of Cargotec for the region of Middle East. Ms. Spalatin has been with Cargotc (previosly MacGregor) since 1990. During her career in the company, Ms. Spalatin was appointed South Europe Area Business Controller (1995-1996) and South East Europe Business Controller (1996-2000). Before joining Cargotec, Ms. Spalatin held a position of Chief Accountant at the Croatian Automobile Club. She holds a degree in Economics from the University in Zagreb, specialized in Foreign Trade. She is married and has two children. Mr. Boko holds the B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electronics from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. In his previous capacity as the State Secretary and Director of the Croatian National Developmental Agency, Mr. Boko was in charge of all national developmental projects, in both private and public sector. For the last fifteen years, he has been project director on numerous international infrastructural tenders under private, World Bank and European Commission procurement. Previous professional engagements were in Tokyo, London, Vienna, Montreal and Boston while advising UN, WHO, UNDP and World Bank as well as leading private consultancies. Previous to this position, from 2005, he was Executive Director of Podravka West Europe. Mr. Jerger is educated at the Stockholm University and the Royal High School of Technology in Sweden. He also took a year in the MBA course at the Webster University, Vienna. Mr. Jerger is a Swedish national, and besides his native Swedish language, he is fluent in English, German, Croatian and other languages with Slavic roots. Mr. Jerger is married and has two children.

He brings his expertise in developing and expanding business in new technology areas as well as deploying and delivering professional services on a global scale. Previously, Mr. Popović held different management positions in sales, marketing, product development and support at IBM and Ericsson in Sweden, Netherlands and UK. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering (M.Sc.) at the University of Zagreb, Croatia and received his Technical Licentiate degree from the Royal High School of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. He is fluent in Croatian, Swedish and English. Governor: Mr. Samir Žero Lagerkvist & Partners Mr. Samir Žero is the Vice President of Lagerkvist and Partners Eastern Europe (Lagerkvist and Partners is a strategic managment consultant company). He has been in this position for nine years, during which he managed projects for Pliva, Podravka, Svedala, Atlantic, Stora Enso, Ericsson, TELE2 and Elan. Previously, Mr. Zero worked as manager for the Slovenian Globtour company (from 1989-1991) and held two management positions in Sweden – in Hoganas and Nederman companies. Mr. Žero was educated at the University of Civil Engineering in Zagreb, as well as at Natex in Helsingborg, Sweden. He speaks Croatian, Swedish and English.
